The FCRI organises, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education of the Government of Catalonia, the programme “Young People, Science and Ethics”. The aim of this programme is to stimulate pupils’ critical capacity and encourage them to participate in ethical debates related to the social implications around current science-related issues such as climate change, biomedicine, nanotechnology and robotics.
“Youth, Science, and Ethics” helps students develop their debating skills and, at the same time, explore and understand the ethical aspects of scientific research. They form their own conclusions with the guidance of specialised scientists in each field and ethics experts.
